This is because my interest in technological advances is continuous and restless. I regularly research on new products launced and new technologies developed, activities which simultaneously show my desire to have a great caree in this area.

Working Experience
In addition, my working experience has been directly relevant to this course. I have been I.T. Supervisor for a newly developed company, named Ipsipili Properties Ltd. It included a Supermarket, named City Pegeia Supermarket, and 16 small shops which provided products such as Clothing, Footwear, Toys, Clothing and Bags. I was honored to be trusted as the project manager and the head for developing all the technologies in the shops and departments. I had to find and choose the equipment and software to make the company “a living organization”, connecting all the information from one shop to the other and all of them together to the administrative services. These systems included managing software, cashiers software, accounting software and bonus card software. After the implementation, I had to build them up and customize them according to the company’s needs as well as train the employees to use them efficiently. I must say that the application of these systems was a great chance to practice those I have learned.
My Career goals
In a few words I would say that my professional goal is to attain a career in which I can express my passion for Information Technology. My studies in Business Information Technology at the Salford University in Manchester have given me all the necessary educational background I need to focus on achieving this purpose. To be more specific, my life dream is to work and supervise the I.T. department of a successful company. I would like to get involved in the decision-making and the implementation of technological systems as where as plan the managing strategy to improve the value chain of the organization and the ease of administrative processes.
Furthermore, I will definitely continue my studies, accomplishing a relevant Masters Degree and participate in seminars, programs and activities in order to be educated as much as possible. I am committed in fulfilling my goals and as so, I will push myself in all ways to succeed.
Computer Softwares
Nowadays everyone uses a computer in some way, shape or form on a daily basis, however there are few people who understand how vitally important computer software is to the usefulness and functionality of even simple devices. From very basic items such as a digital watch, to handy innovations in cell phones, to the grand super computing behemoths that manage things such as space shuttle launches, none of these machines could function without the programming that gives them life.
Essentially all programs and applications for computers are a set of instructions designed to create particular outcomes. A computer program is a collection of these instructions that have a common purpose. A collection of related programs to carry out coordinated computing tasks is referred to as a package. In other words software is a set of programs, procedures, algorithms and its documentation.
